Contacting Joe through the address on this site sends an ordinary email. What you write is used to read and answer your note, and to continue the conversation if there is one. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone else.
If you subscribe to Exchange Zone
Subscriptions are handled by Buttondown, an email newsletter service. Your address goes to Buttondown, which sends a confirmation email before you receive anything and includes an unsubscribe link in every issue. Unsubscribing removes you immediately. Buttondown's own privacy terms govern how it stores that address.
What the site itself collects
Nothing. There is no contact form accepting submissions, no login, no analytics script, no advertising network, and no cookies set by Miranda Rise. As with any website, the hosting provider records standard server request logs for security and reliability.
What is deliberately not published here
Any illustrative examples shown on this site are de-identified or synthetic. No client materials, personal records, or identifiable family information are published without explicit written permission.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. To ask what Miranda Rise holds about you, or to have it deleted, email joe@mirandarise.com and Joe will handle it directly.
